ABOUT MIDWAY

REX PAIR, EXECUTIVE PASTOR

Rex Pair joined the Midway Macedonia staff in 2004 as the Executive Pastor. A true administrator at heart, he loves the challenges associated with organizational development and leadership. His professional experiences include both management and senior-level leadership positions in private and non-profit organizations. God has used these experiences to uniquely equip him for this ministry role.  As Executive Pastor, Rex has oversight for the daily operation of the church and its ministries. His responsibilities also include managing and leading all staff. Reporting to the Lead Pastor, he assists him in carrying out the vision and mission of the church.

Rex was raised in Austell, Georgia. He and his family moved to the West Georgia area in 2003. Rex graduated from Mercer University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership. He was ordained as a Deacon in 1996 and surrendered to the call to ministry in 1998.   When not at church, Rex enjoys playing golf and is an avid tennis player. His favorite past time is spending quality time with his “three-girls.”

Rex married his High School sweetheart, Leslie Landers, in 1988. Leslie graduated from the University of West Georgia with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications. She has worked with both State and Federal governments as a trainer and public speaker. She now divides her time between speaking engagements, managing the home and her fitness business. Rex and Leslie have two daughters, Katie and Makenzee.
